We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple business units. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust and future-proof Salesforce architectures while guiding technical teams through end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, ERP, data platforms).
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks and data models.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to ensure solution alignment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data modelling, workflows, and automation
• Expertise working with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
